LOW-E INSULATING GLASS

What is Insulating Glass?
This type of glass consists of two or more glass windowpanes separated by a vacuum or space to reduce heat transfer across a part of the building envelope. A window with insulating glass also means double glazing and it is made by combining two or more glass plates in factory conditions to accommodate dry air or gases suitable for ambient pressure.

LAMINATED GLASS

What is laminated glass?
Laminated glass is formed by placing a hard protective material called Polyvinyl-butyral (PVB) between plates of glass and permanently bond it with heat pressure application. The visual as a result is a single glass image. When broken, PVB, which is the intermediate layer, prevents the glass from scattering and thus becomes a safe glass type.
Distinctive features
- Prevention of laminated glass from scattering.
- Blocks 99% of UV rays.
- Provides sound insulation.
- Transparent, smoked, bronze, blue, green and many more colors.
ULTRA-CLEAR LAMINATED GLASS

- Provides security against impacts from outside.
- It prevents/delays entry in attacks and theft attempts made with tools such as stones and sticks.
- Contributes to sound insulation.
- It prevents the passage of ultraviolet (UV) rays, which cause fading of the colors of the goods and fabrics, by 97-99%.
MIRROR

Product Description
Mirrors made from specially selected float glass offer architects new exciting and economical design possibilities. When used with an architectural understanding, the mirror brings new dimensions and richness to narrow, shapeless and dim spaces. Float glass entering the fully automatic production line leaves the line as a mirror after going through the stages of washing, silver plating, copper plating, double painting and drying. Silver plating, which is sensitive to moisture and external factors, is protected by copper plating and two coats of paint, one with red primer and the other with dark blue color. Flotal mirror is marked with a special paint after painting in the final stage of manufacturing.
Distinctive Features
- In indoor settings product illuminates the space by reflecting sunlight and artificial light.
- Gives aesthetics and comfort to the applied areas.

Attention to Detail Mass Production Bending Process
Quarter circle is essential in mass production. Glasses are given to the curved temper bending line, which is adjusted according to the desired radius (radius of the circle it belongs to). It stays in the oven, which has reached 800 degrees in advance, for 400 seconds and slowly gains heat. It goes to the bending line in seconds on solid/liquid glass ceramic rollers and takes its shape according to the specified radius. 400 seconds of cooling process. Since the glass is heated slowly and cooled rapidly at this point; On the horizontal line (in front of and behind the glass), more compressive stress is applied to the outer surfaces of the glass, and an indirect tensile stress is added to the middle of the glass, 10.000 psi pressure pre-tension is gained to the surfaces of the glass, so that the desired bending and tempering are achieved. In mass production, the first glass is bent after 800 seconds, but then new glasses are taken into the furnace in periods of 400 seconds and the daily production varies between 500 and 1000 pieces, depending on the size of the glasses.
